Yea just heard on 790, welp, here we go. Go get Flores and make Pep OC, done. Not sure who else they'd be looking atHe Gone
Some new information and clarification presented here.
I have to say I feel a bit bad for him but he ain't walking away with chump change.
$8 million???I have to say I feel a big bad for him but he ain't walking away with chump change.
This guy didn’t even know how an up tempo offense helped mills in the second half of the titans game lol. What an incomprehensible decision. Absolutely terrible.
Is the next guy coming in going to come to a team that is close to being a powerhouse team? No. So why the **** are you getting rid of the guy who had the team at least mostly competitive and had a rookie qb looking decent despite having NOTHING?!

Why would Pep want to stick around? For them to fire him within a year for Josh McCown? I don't know why any candidate who doesn't have a history with Caserio and/or Easterby would trust the Texans.Yea just heard on 790, welp, here we go. Go get Flores and make Pep OC, done. See, that's just the thing. This team doesn't have and never has had a scheme.and schemes ruining development.
Exactly! The guy was way in over his head.To many bone headed calls and questionable in game decisions he made that left us all scratching our heads...
But this isn't why he was fired.Exactly! The guy was way in over his head.

He was mr.checkdown for so long and then the chiefs had enough of him and traded up for an unknown in Mahomes and look where the chiefs are now.Doesn't matter. He had the team working enough coming out of the cancer that was the O'Brien Tyranny. The next coach is gonna get burned by the time we're good again, if that ever happens. And just ask Alex Smith how he feels about a revolving door of coaches and schemes ruining development.
Can I rejoice in the streets yet???
TK is gone now so you offer him the job. Just scattershooting. Hell if I'm Pep I don't come on last year. lolWhy would Pep want to stick around? For them to fire him within a year for Josh McCown? It might be because when people mention hiring McDaniels they totally forget he had his own video taping scandal with the Broncos. You might be on to something.People like to say when a QB gets signed during training camp, "Oh, he's just a camp arm." I think we all knew ol Culley was a "camp coach". I hope that Tweet upthread is right, "McDaniels will not take this job". Something about the guy I could do without.
I wonder how much Culley's statement that he wouldn't change his staff led to his firing?
Just about everyone on the list the File Clerk could've hired last year. Just sayin....
If Flores is the target, why did they let Culley do the presser, and twist in the wind like that? What a bunch of doosh nozzles! Flores was fired on Monday morning wasn't he?
Because the owners, Easterby, and Caserio have zero class. If Flores is the target, why did they let Culley do the presser, and twist in the wind like that? What a bunch of doosh nozzles! Flores was fired on Monday morning wasn't he?
Culley & Kelly were here to try to appease Watson. Watson is out... so Culley & Kelly are out.
too stubborn to changeAt first glance I thought the Texans screwed Culley then I saw that he refused to make changes to the offensive (in more ways than one) staff, so he pretty much screwed himself. I completely understand wanting continuity with a young QB but this was an absolutely horrible offense in 2021.
