If we can get a second for him, take it. Plenty good DL in this draft and you save the big $ hit.IB

NFL Source: The next big trade that could go down before draft is #Texans Jadeveon Clowney , several teams calling and Houston is listening (AFC East Teams + NFC West) so far seem to be most interested. Just talks so far #IB

some bozo with a keyboard...Who is IB@incarceratedbob?
Overpaid. That’s a lot of guaranteed for an older safety that is coming off an injury that held him out most of last year.Earl Thomas signed with the Ravens. 4 years 55 mill 32 guaranteed
Wow. It's like every NFL team is the Yankees or Dodgers. Giving out crazy contracts.Earl Thomas signed with the Ravens. 4 years 55 mill 32 guaranteed
Sounds like BS. The Jets are the only team that can take on the contract. They won't give up their 1st (#3 overall) and don't even have a 2nd round pick.IB

Well, almost every NFL team.

He'll get old good players looking to win a championship on cheap contracts. lolNot Darth Belichick
the Evil Empire has made no F/A moves
Bargain moves in FA will always be the best moves and the moves that repeatedly help to win championships. Teams like the Browns are gonna Brown, and when they fail to win a Superbowl in the next few years they will return to the same hell they've spent the last several years in - such is the fate of the fiscally irresponsible.
John Dorsey is doing an incredible job and after putting a Chiefs team togehter that was just a single offsides penalty away from the SB and he looks like he might be doingYou do know after all of these moves the Browns are still 47 mil under the cap according to spotrac?
The Eagles/Rams say high.

the same thing all over again in Cleveland. The guy is utterly phenomenal, arguably the best GM & talent evaluator in the league today.
Williams became a full-time starter for the Panthers in 2017, starting all 16 games at right tackle.Looking over the FA still on the market, here's the guys I'd be calling...
QB: RGIII or Fitzmagic or Brock Lobster (ok maybe not the last one)
RB: TJ Yeldon or Spencer Ware. Possibly Jeremy Hill.
WR: Chris Hogan, Justin Hunter, Rishard Matthews, or Tavon Austin
TE: Austin Seferian-Jenkins
Tackle: Daryl Williams - this guy would be my absolute focus today
G/C - Mike Remmers
DL: Nobody
Edge: Nobody (unless they plan to jettison Clown)
IL: Nobody
Corner: Well, I doubt it happens now, but Ronald Darby or Bryce Callahan would be a nice addition
S: Nobody

Falcons starting RT Ryan Schraeder just released due to cap reasons. Will not count against compensatory pick formula and would be a solid starter to add to the OL. I expect the Texans to sign him!

Recently cut Falcons RT Ryan Schraeder -Turns 31 in May -6-7, 300 -2013 UDFA from Valdolsta State -Started 73 games for ATL over 6 seasons -63.6 PFF grade in 2018 -21st highest graded RT (O'Neill was 22nd at 63.0) -Allowed 33 total pressures & 7 sacks in 2018 Pick em up? pic.twitter.com/oQ86cO5…
Just read the news and thought the same.. I'm not familiar with him, is he any good?
The Falcons went into the 2019 offseason with a very limited amount of cap room – some estimates put them as low as $6 million under the cap. Atlanta has since made a couple of moves to free up more room, though.Just read the news and thought the same.. I'm not familiar with him, is he any good?

Dammit, was hoping we'd swipe him away
I guess it's only fair that you would speak only in platitudes since I made some vague assumptions about their future, but I still refuse to describe the Browns as a beacon of competence as a franchise until these moves start producing some results - so we'll just have to see.Your first statement is true, but the rest is totally false. The Browns change the minute they get good guys running their organization. Their past history has nothing to do with their future. Their future hires, moves, and their actions will. Right now I'd say they've finally gone in a strong direction and they're sitting up pretty fat right now. What they end up doing with that is on them, but they have the pieces to have a strong nucleus for several years now. Saying that they are gonna Brown because of previous coaching staffs and management officials has nothing to do with it unless their owner is always meddling and ruining things himself which is not something the Browns have been known for like the Cowboys for example.
Does he have to be very good to be better than what we have?

as shitty s the Oline its just amazing to me we havent addressed that yet in FA with even signing one person.

Over our QB “guru’s” dead carcass. The same self proclaimed one we’ve had for going on 5 years now, not our new one.Is to much to ask that we sign guys with experience at one position on the o line. What are we looking for these multiple position unicorns that OB has been trying to create.

So far we haven't gotten better this FA period. No denying that.
