On Saturday, August 18th at 7:00pm the Texans will take on the 49ers at home in NRG Stadium.
The game will be aired on television on ABC 13 and radio on Sports Radio 610.
Hopefully we can see more of Watson in this one. At least 2 or 3 series. It would also be good to see him with Hopkins and Fuller playing. We need to see what our offense will look like this year.
Against the Chiefs, some rookies really looked good. The rookie tight end, Akins, looked very solid. The offensive line looked pretty good in this first outing in both the passing and running game. They were opening up running lanes and didn't give up any sacks. Could improve though.
Ejiofor looked great on defense.
Hopefully we can see more of them.
Both Weeden and Webb looked good as back ups. Very solid game from both.
Hope to see more advancement from them both.
There were some problems however. The secondary still needs work.
Virgin may very well be on his way out if he puts up a similar performance in this game as the last. He had better improve his game allot.
Well on with the discussion.
