Colts QB Matt Hasselbeck

Likely to start in place of the injured Andrew Luck, the Colts backup needs to perform this evening. Can't afford silly turnovers against a team who is extremely desperate. Texans have to get him uncomfortable, and it starts up front. Indy's OL is beat up, so there is a chance to get them in trouble early, often.

Arian-Foster.jpg

Texans RB Arian Foster

His return on Sunday was less than stellar, but a game vs. a near-bottom of the league run 'D' may be just what the doctor ordered. Houston wants to get the run game going, and tonight, vs. a divisional foe, might be the first time (other than the TB game) where they do it. Look for Arian to get the rock early, and for him to be on point. He usually puts in work vs. the Colts.

1-3 but not DEAD. What's good, fam? Quick turnaround before a long-ass, ten day wait. Getting this one will help quite a bit with the waiting process, now won't it? Need to take this one, get to 2-3, and use the mini-bye to get ready to hammer our next opponent. Let's beat Indy, get to 1-0 in the division, and get an Astros W, too!!! LET'S MUTHAFUCKIN' GO, TEXANS!!!

If we end up 1-4 after this game, the season is done. If this team can't muster up to a broken down and injured Dolt team, then it's just flat over.

Come on Texans. Let's bring the Dolts down to our level and both of us can be 2-3 after tonight. LOL

If they lose the usual suspects will pour their emotions out and proclaim they knew all along they sucked. If they win, those same people will say "yeah but Andrew Luck wasn't playing" or something similar. I hope they get the win, and suffer no more injuries.

Tonight the team unleashes its before hidden powerful offense and smothering defense. :wow:

Just waiting for its first conference game to put it all on display and get it on tape. :taz:

Or we could just lay another egg. idonno:

One of the boss's best friends will be on the field tonight with the cancer survivors. I think she will be a flag bearer. She is really excited.

She might lose her sanity if JJ comes anywhere near her.

Well, a win is a win, right? It doesn't matter how you get it; each win means a lot.

But, in all fairness, if the Texans lose tonight then then chances are they pretty much suck.

Still, if they suck, I don't expect as much moaning and groaning this time around from the Negative Nancies. Everything that's needed to be said has been said already.

Or perhaps I underestimate the heart of a crybaby.

Day off work, Texans on network TV here for the first time ever and the wife running interference on my 3 Rugrats.

Texans better make my day, and I expect they will.

Matt Hasselbeck told me he has a bacterial infection. On antibiotics. Energy levels extremely low, hoping he can make it thru 4 quarters.

I think it's a good bet we'll see Johnson in there at one point. With a bacterial gastroenteritis, good chance he has had the "2 bucket disease"............vomiting and diarrhea.......probably weakened by high fever this week and dehydrated by loading up the 2 buckets.

Anybody catch cowher talking about Mallet?

If he was a woman he'd be throwing his panties on the field at him.

He loves the guy. Said he reminds him of Big Ben.

If their QB has the shits and the spits, he needs to be hit! Let Vince land on him one time. Game Over!
