I know it is a small thing as compared to what is happening on the field, but I was a little pissed at the roof not being open Monday night.
I would think we would like to have the image of being a "football town" at some point and have a respected franchise, and closing the roof because it is a bit chilly outside doesn't really fit in with that type of image. Monday night was perfect football weather.
When you think of some of the most storied franchises, like Pittsburgh, Green Bay, and more recently, New England, you think their playing in cold and snow and their fans turning out anyway.
Honestly, if I was a fan of another team, I would probably be laughing at the closing of the roof here. It just seems really puss-like.
