I really like Wenning more than the consensus seems to. Glad to see that you like him as well.

I'm higher on Beckham and Moncrief but I think everybody knows that. You are way higher on Enunwa than I am.

Seems I'm a little higher on Quarles.

I like Robert Thomas a ton. I think he's very under the radar.

Really the only thing that sticks out to me is that I feel Daniel Sorensen should be on that list at S.

Enunwa was one of the best WR's in the Big Ten this year. He played in a run heavy offense and with a horrible QB, which is why his numbers were never that great. He had a fantastic senior season though. He has great size (6'2, 225), speed (4.45 official combine), good hands, and he's a great blocker. He's not as tall, but his measureables are actually on par with Mike Evans. Not anywhere near the hype or exposure though. This past year, he broke Johnny Rodgers' school record for TD receptions in a season. He's very under the radar, IMO.

I like Sorensen, he's my #11 SS. I really struggled ranking 8-10 at SS.

I don't like how often he dances instead of getting upfield. Tries to hit a home run on every run to the edge. He got away with it in college but he will not in the NFL. Reggie Bush faced the same task during his transition and it took him 4 years to adjust.

He isn't durable enough to be a workhorse, but he also has limited experience in the passing game. He only caught 9 passes in his college career and he needs a lot of work as a blocker. This is his biggest area in need of development because a guy with his athleticism needs to be able to contribute on passing downs.

He also rarely ran against stacked boxes because of the offense he played in so it's hard to project how effective he will be against NFL defenses. A lot of people are in love with his athleticism, but I see him as a bit of a project regardless.

I do disagree with your ranking Boyd so low. I dont get why he is dropping like a rock. I still think he has a good deal of potential.

Also Kelvin Benjamin. I see a stud in the making here. Can there really be 7 better prospects at his position?

Ranking 8-10 for QB was tough. I think Boyd has more potential than guys like McCarron or Fales, but I ranked them higher because I believe they are more NFL ready.

And I really like Benjamin, but the dude is raw as hell. Needs a lot of work refining his game.

I can understand that. Boyd will need to sit and learn before he is fed to the wolves. But I still like his game and production.

Not many rookie WR come into the league and put up big numbers. They all need that year or 2 to learn the nuances of the game. I think a year or 2 for Benjamin and he is going to be a #1 WR for some lucky QB. You say raw. I say untapped potential.

This is a risky argument to make. While I agree that Benjamin CAN become a very good #1, his hands stand in the way. He reminds me of a slower version of Stephen Hill. If he can fix his hands and polish his game, he's going to be great. But he's as liable to end up like Hill as he is to be good.

A slower version of Stephen Hill? First off, Stephen Hill finished his career with 9 touchdowns in 38 games in which he started 23. Benjamin had 19 touchdowns in which he only started 14/28 games. 15 touchdowns coming this past season.

Benjamin also absolutely torched Florida's secondary for 212 and 3 TDs which boasts 3 of the top 10 cornerbacks in this years draft.

Benjamin is a touchdown machine who has the size and speed to go over the middle, while Hill is a nice deep threat who was actually worse at running routes coming out than Benjamin.

Little unfair to compare their stats. Hill played in a triple option offense that rarely threw the ball. Benjamin played in a more traditional offense with a Heisman winning QB.

Agree with the rest though. Hill could run fast in a straight line, but had no functional football skills when he came out. Benjamin has better tools to work with but he needs some development. Being big and fast isn't enough. Needs to work on routes and on his hands.

Savage is the flavor of the month in a draft where draftniks are desperately trying to find a prototype.

Look at his college resume and he doesn't deserve anywhere near the hype that he's getting. I like him as a developmental backup, but he's getting way too much hype right now.

They'll most likely be in a 3-4 on 1st & 2nd down, most of the time. If they don't do what they're supposed to do on 1st & 2nd down, they'll be in a 3-4 on third down. And if we find ourselves down a couple scores, we'll be in that 3-4 even more.

Nice work, although I obviously disagree with your QB rankings. I'd see it something like this:

1. Manziel
2. Bortles
3. Bridgewater
4. Mettenberger
5. Everyone else

I won't detail what it is I like about Manziel since I have done that ad nauseum, but the guy I really cannot figure out people's love for is Derek Carr. Honestly, he did nothing to impress me in his career, and his offense is designed around the dink and dunk short passes that look great on the stat sheet but really show us nothing about the guy's pro potential. And when he did throw the mid-range and deep balls, he wasn't very accurate doing it.

It isn't just the name that makes me not like Derek. He really didn't do anything to impress me on the football field. After Mettenberger's pro day, he moves up the charts for me.

Mettenberger looked good at his Pro Day, but Carr got good reveiws at the Senior Bowl and also performed well at his Pro Day. A lot of people like him because of his arm, but you could say the same about Mettenberger.

To be quite honest, most of the Carr dislike seems to be centered in Houston and it has everything to do with his brother and not Derek. From what I've seen, fans of other teams don't seem to have a problem with him, but Texans fans want nothing to do with him because of his brother's failures.

Probably has more to do with his fathers influence, than David's failures. I had no problem & looked at him with an open mind. I wouldn't have had a problem had they brought him to Houston, but I was fairly confident it wasn't going to happen.

Then he started talking about how he & David might be a package deal :vincepalm:

Now I don't want nothing to do with him.
