Will you feel better watching Texas vs USC next week when the Texans win?

The Texans are going to win this week fellas! All we can hope for now is a real asskicking over USC and hope that Reggie plays like crap! I predict we will get a number 2 pick in the draft; btw, who will SF pick number one overall?

Assuming the Texans win, the 49ers most likely will be picking 3rd or 4th, looking for OT Ferguson or LB Hawk, especially if they lose Julian Peterson in FA.

I don't think it is even possible at this point for SF to get the #1 pick.

If we lose we get it.

If we win, most likely the Saints get it.

SF has virtually no chance of getting the #1 pick if they lose on Sunday.

I want Texas to kick USC in the gut for reasons other than draft picks.

If the Texans win but the 3-win teams lose, the Texans won't be picking #2.

Whoever picks #1 will be picking Reggie Bush or will get draft picks for Reggie Bush. The only way Reggie Bush isn't the first pick is if he blows out his knee in the national championship game like Willis McGahee.

Some speculation about how he plays in the national championship will determine if he even comes out though. So if the Texans loose on Sunday and get the overall pick, do you root for Reggie to have a good game?

I think that's a good question for the teasips.

I'm sorry . . . I just can't resist.:)

A University of Texas graduate and an Aggie are watching the 6 o'clock news one evening. The Aggie bets the University of Texas graduate $50 that the man in the lead story, who is threatening to jump from a 40 story building, will jump. "I'll take that bet," the teasip replied. A few minutes later, the newscaster breaks in to report that the man had, indeed, jumped from the building. The Aggie, feeling sudden guilt for having bet on such an incident, turns to the University of Texas graduate and tells him that he does not need to pay the $50. "No, a bet's a bet," the teasip replies, "I owe you $50 dollars." The Aggie, feeling even more guilty, replies "No, you don't understand, I saw the 3:00 edition, so I knew how it was going to turn out." "That's okay," the University of Texas graduate replies, "I saw it earlier too, but I didn't think he'd do it again."

No way. This is the national championship, and I've been waiting years for the Longhorns to get there.

And if you really think that his performance in the Rose Bowl is going to affect what the Texans think of him, then would we want him anyway?

If Reggie's performance doesn't affect his draft position, it's not going to affect whether he comes out or not.
