why do you people want to draft another RB

Running back isn't a need for us at all, yet I see all these posts wanting to trade up back into the 1st round and get a RB. or take a RB w/ the 3rd or 4th round pick. We are straight at RB.

We've got holes in our roster.... we need at least one more back to fill it out. But...... I don't think we're going after a runningback. We're looking at another defensive spot to fill with that second.

well we already have a backup that would be equivalent to w/e we'd draft this year in the late 1st. I mean, why would we fill a hole at our #2 or #3 RB when we can get a starters at more important positions like OT, FS

Vernand Morency is just as good as anything under Bush,Lendale,Deangelo

It's more about offensive skill positions than anything else. Right now, the only difference in the offense for 2006 from 2005 is Eric Moulds and Putzier. WHOOPEEEEEEE!

We need a speed back to compliment Davis. Whatever you think about Morency, I don't know. He's DD's backup not a compliment to him, he's slower and has horrible vision. We needed Bush to be the complimentary back hopefully we can find that complimentary back in the second rd. Maybe Addai or even Maurice Drew. I don't know what the Texans will do, but at least this whole thing will be over tomorrow.

i completely agree,but on nfl network adam scheffter just reported we are seriously looking into trading up for a top back. snatching white for a change of pace back doesn't sound too too bad . lots of talent out there though 2 be dumpin picks

So you think we should give up on a 2nd year player who didn't really get much of a chance to do anything for a chance to get starters, not backups for another position. If we draft let's say maroney, he and morency would battle for the #2 RB position. We were 2-14 last year. If we draft a 1st day FS, he won't even have competition for the starting job. So my point is that RB is not a need for our team.

When i say under Bush i mean worse than him. And Reggie Bush isn't a need pick, as no other Rb in the draft would be. The only reason we draft a back this year is because he's the best player in the draft.....cough cough
Im keeping my boi Reggie as my avatar and im wearin his jersey to the draft party tomorrow.

How in the world did all these teams play all these games, for all these years without Reggie Bush.... they all must have lost every game they everplayed....

Our other reciever did go to the porbowl...... Mathis is faster than Reggie.......

DD\Morency\Wells got a 2-14 team to 15th overall in the league......

I think we'll do Okay.
