Why are people hating on Kubes?

What has Kubes done wrong?
Yall gave Dom Capers alot more time to build his team. Kubiac has a different philosophy, and needs different players than Capers wanted. I give him my full support till after the 3rd season as HC if no prgress has been made then ill eat crow. Give him a full offseason and draft till we all start to judge, also as some other people have mentioned we have just played 2 playoff teams, who before T.O and Donovan's injury the Eagles were a super bowl team. Were coming off a 2-14 season and nobody said it would be easy, but were not going to go from the worst record in the league to a playoff contender overnight. Just give him some time, because the players are starting to just now believe in the scheme that Kubiac is wanting to implement. Believe me with some time this team will be good and will challenge the Colts for the divison, so just give it some time.:ok:

Because they're bandwagoners when we win, they are going to say Kubiak is god, and they will also say DC is Elway and Unitas in one
 
I totally agree with your post, except for giving Kubiak 3 years. No way do I give him 3 years. We can't go 3 more years like this, or the town is going to implode

It will take however long it takes, regardless of how impatient we get - since we need the players to fit the system we have a lot of mis-matched pieces right now - one of the first players chosen to fit that system just went down for the season (Spencer). :crutch:

Enjoy what you can - the development of the youngsters like Demaco - the play of an established star like Moulds - and wait until Kubes' team develops.

If it sucks when he's done, THEN call for his scalp.

Frustration, that's all it is. Kubiak will get it turned around sometime.
Whether that's sooner or later, I have no idea ?

By that time, the colts window will have shut and Peyton Manning, Marvin Harrison, and Reggie Wayne will be card carrying members of AARP...
 
This is why Kubiak went after high character players . Guys who would'nt settle for being average but at the same time their not going to point fingers .
He's got an Acedemic All-American , a future Nigerian Dr. , a stud prospect who was going to give football up to support his widowed sister , then you have Carr , Spencer , Winston , and many more . This is the method to the madness . They new they needed players who could mentally endure the hard times .
 
The geniuses over at ESPN and the NFL Network can't seem to fathom why Jake Plummer is playing like the Plummer of old. I'll tell you why, it's Kubiak. We've seen that he has done wonders for Carr, but we all knew that this was a work in progress. The system Kubiak brought over is a system that is definitely not easy to learn, we all knew that when he came over, yet not many of you remember that. Plummer said that it would take a year to get used to Kubiak's coaching, and what do we say? Carr's getting 8 mil a year, he better produce.

Good post. Kubiak will get it turned around for us. Fans are just upset because the team is losing. It's natural, when the teams losing everyone in the organization takes some of the blame, veterans, rookies, coaches, even the owner.

Sorry, I forgot about that. Stupid Carr!!! Why did he have to hand off to Dayne?? If he didn't hand it off to Dayne, Spencer would still be in the lineup!!
