Who would you take over Carr?

I do not recall one game where Carr has "willed" us to a win

:challenge
I can give you at least one example ....

11/30/03 VS the Falcons . Banks started the game got hurt (broken hand ?), Carr came in and played hurt himself (Shoulder I believe) . The play that stands out is one in which Carr is forced out of the pocket and breaks off for about a 30 yard gain. When he's about to be tackled , he doesnt hook slide , he goes head first . The Texans score on that drive and go on to win the game 17-13 . :texflag:

That performance by Carr showed me he had something that just cant be taught . :respect:

KC last year...
though they ended up losing, how about Minnesota?

Carr finished the season with a 4th quarter passer rating in the 90s. That's very good by the way.

...I have been patient, but if a dissapointing fourth year is served by him then as far as I am concerned he and Palmer must go.
after running for his life for 3 seasons, his skills are not as sharp as they once were, but isn't that normal? I'm happy to hear that even though we have the same o-line, he should take less hits this year due to shorter drops and routes. This will help keep him healthier for season #5 and the playoffs. Of course, after one more bad game some of our fellow message board members will commit suicide and miss all the fun.

#1. Vick
#2. Brady
#3. Manning
#4. Culpepper

Carson Palmer, and Ben Rothlisberger are close, but I keep Carr.

We already have a herpies free running back why do we need Vick?

Peyton - Vick - Mcnabb - Culpepper - Brady -

Any of them a definite. Anyone else i'd need to look at and see how they would coordinate with us.

Tim Couch if David keep's throwing those picks every week, just kidding hopefully this is not signs to come of David Carr, the first interception was terrible. Anyway it would have to be Peyton then Vick.

Right now, I'd only take:

- Manning
- Brady
- McNabb
- Culpepper

Based on their ages and related potential, I'd stick with Carr with the exception of those four guys.

And I wouldn't bet for a second that Belichick would trade Brady for Manning, even if Peyton's cap number was reduced somehow. He was more or less asked that question once last year, and responded with, "There's no one I'd rather have as my quarterback (than Brady)."

For all of the Vick lovers, he is way OVERATED and just plain SUCKS as a quaterback, have to admit though that he is one of the best athelets in the nfl, just not a good QB.

Just noticed this... LOL! I wonder how his actress supermodel girlfriend feels about his apparent "girl parts."

 Why don't we just move Jammal Lord back to QB?

this is a BS post. reggie mcneal has fantastic QB skills. i'm guessing you made an um generalization.
