Would you take a linebacker? How about a defensive back? An O-lineman? Another tight end? What about a defensive end or tackle?

i would have thought u would have put o-lineman on the list since it is probably going to be the most popular choice. since you didnt, i voted for 'other'.

Whoops. I added O lineman in my actual post but forgot to put it in the poll. I guess you can just vote "other".

I'd put money on an Olineman in the 2nd to play the right side either guard or tackle. Just my opinion

They should be able to pick up a 1st round quality OT at #33. I'm not sure how much difference there is between the #1 ranked OT and the 4th, but it's probably not much. Winston at #33 would be a nice pickup.

guard or tackle.

I like Davin joseph, and McNeil/Winston

I think both tackles will be gone by late rd 1, but if they happen to fall, take em.

OT!!!!!!!

If Winston or McNeil are there at #33 take them.

If neither one is there trade down to middle of round, pick up extra 3rd rounder and draft Scott or Colledge in middle of 2nd

I was torn, we need another corner, but the value at tackle is just to good.

I went for the tackle, maybe we can get a productive corner in round 3.

I voted for a DB, but I would like O-line also. Guess it is going to depend on who falls and who doesn't. (ex. Winston gone but Joseph still there, take the DB, if reversed take Winston)

All about the oline with #33. Our DBs, while not as set as Id like, are fuctionable and young. Our OL is old and needs more depth and a starter calliber RT.

DB. I think you can get a better OL in the 3rd then you can a DB. So DB in the 2nd, OL in the 3rd.

Plus, I think a 2nd round DB could contribute immediately. OL would ride the bench until midseason.

They have 5 picks in the top 100 (#1, 33, 65, 66, 98). With those picks at the top of the rounds, it's like having a late 1st round pick, two picks at the end of the 2nd and one pick at the end of the 3rd. With the four picks after the #1, the team can get some serious OL and DB prospects while also picking up at least one prospect at any position they feel like. If they do it right, they can pick up some team building guys, not just backups, in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th rounds.

Getting Bush at #1 will be huge, but they can really fill out this team with those four other selections in the top 100. Some great prospects are bound to slip through to the Texans at one of those picks. This draft is going to be fun to watch due to this. Hopefully each and every one of those five will give us a reason to celebrate.

Needs for 2nd-4th in order

OT starter
S starter
CB depth
ILB depth
OL depth
DE depth

We need starters at OT and S, I think with the quality at OT at the top of this draft we can get someone to fill a need we have had since our 1st season.
A good Safety can be had in the 3rd round or if a great one is there late in the 2nd trade up to take him.

This will be a VERY successful draft if we can get Bush and starters at OT and S

Either a CB or OT for me thank you - depending on who falls into round 2. If the right LB were there, I might consider that too.

I think Kubes knows best!:) But it's nice to dream! I would personally choose the BEST player, hopefully it would be a OT (Winston), DB (Bing), or DE (Lawson).

Depends on who's available

Freakin' finally. Someone who actually might deserve the couch GM of the year award (no sarcasm intended at all). Finally at least one person has suggested they should look at the talent available rather than force needs. Inconceivable!!!

Allen and Cromante are such great physical tallents...if one of them slips you gotta take a shot at one. Ether one will give you a precence in the middle of the defense. Either one has a shot at being a corner. I don't think any of the second teir OLT's beats out Pitts this year. Why waiste another 2nd reaching for one ? If Joseph or McNiel falls that far, I could see it. Both have a legit shot at beating someone out. Winston, College, pick your guy, does not. I don't think they will double up on centers. Mangold is a first round tallent, but nobody carries four centers. Nobody. JMHO.

My list of preferences for the 33rd pick (among players that have somewhat of a reasonable chance of falling):

1) Eric Winston
2) Johnathan Joseph
3) Nick Mangold
4) Antonio Cromartie
5) Donte Whitner
6) Bobby Carpenter
7) Ashton Youboty
8) Ko Simpson
9) Daniel Bullocks
10) Daryn Colledge
