I agree completely. I have asked several times for fans to point me in the direction of any credible evidence that McNair has lit a fire under Kubiak's seat this season, and there is not even a shred of it being presented.
6-10 or better and Kubiak keeps his job. McNair's "on the right track" mentality, along with his fear of change, undying loyalty, disregarding performance markers, not to mention the lockout/new DC/star player injuries excuses...errr...reasons...heck, I think I've convinced myself to keep Kubiak through 2020!
Only 2020? You're more positive than me. I assume that my grandkids will still be arguing about whther he should be fired or not.
Way too many excuses this year.......bank on Kubes still being here next year short of us ending the season at 3-13.
