This kid was recruited as a wide receiver coming out of high school. He hadn't really done much before last season (13.5 sacks), yet he's ranked 6th on Mel Kiper Jr big board.

Hmm dont really know much about him really.
 
I would say Boom because he is still growing and improving. He will need a good 2 or 3 years to mature. Being a former WR he probably needs more work in the weight room. I expect his lifts to be low. JA is an athlete with talent with a tremendous upside.
 
nothing wrong with having a great final season. now if he has a great junior year and a poor senior year, then that's a guy you worry about. but this shows progress and that he can learn. so i have no problem with him having a "boom" year. looks like he'll be good.

You can't put TOO much stock in a kid like this. One breakout year in college doesn't necessarily mean pro success is coming. It COULD, but it's not a sure thing.

He was hurt, hamstring injury.

I'm pretty intrested to see this guy on the field. He seems like a great DE opposite of Mario and could really do some damage. I would love to have this guy on our team, dude's a sack artist. BTW, his pro-day for Arkansas is the 13th this month and he said he'd participate.
 
I get the same feeling i do about Anderson as I did when Travis Johnson came out. Johnson came onto the scene his final year at Forida State. Right now he's a flop.
