It's time for a QB controversy in Houston if Carr plays below average again. I hope that Pendry puts Ragone in.TexanFanInCC said:

Carr could come back after a few games and light it up. Ragone could get some trade value. Ragone could be better than Carr and we don't waster 8 million on Carr.
If Ragone stinks it up then we might appreciate Carr more.

I'll answer those for you.
What if Carr plays great and the Texans beat the Bengals? Everyone calling for him to be benched today will be buying his jersey and saying "I NEVER LOST FAITH" after the game.
Are the Bengals over rated? Um, No. They're good. Well, I guess it depends on where you have them rated. Are they a member of the elite yet? I don't think so. But they are a playoff caliber team.
Are the Texans not as bad as everyone is saying? I'd agree. The Texans aren't that bad of a football team. Losses to the Bills and the Steelers - no reason to throw in the towel. I didn't see the games, but from what I've read on here they were ugly - real ugly. The talent is there, so maybe the guidance is what was missing. With the new OC, maybe you'll get that. It will likely take some time, though.

Maybe if they bench Carr, maybe that will piss him off, and come back kicking ***. Remember when the Oilers started 0-4, benched Moon, came off the bench and beat New England, and then cleaned everybodies clock the rest of the REGULAR season going 12-4. I know that's really far fecthed for the Texans to accomplish. I just wanted to throw that out there. I say 6-10 this year if they start playing. Still want Capers and friends out of town. Go Texans, Astros, Longhorns, and Rockets !!!!!!!!!!!
