What did Grantham do?

Just how much did we lose with Grantham leaving to become the DC with the Browns? Comparing the amount of sack our d line got, with other teams that run the 3-4. It doesn't look like he coached them that good. I mean our d line got .5 a sack more than our secondary!

Patriots - 14.5 sacks
Raiders - 11.5 sacks
Ravens - 11 sacks
Steelers - 11 sacks
Chargers - 9 sacks
Texans - 4.5 sacks

As we haven't exactly set the league on fire with our D-line, I've wonderd what the heck the other teams see in him that they were that hot on his trail. Must be more than what he showed here to make them go after him like that.

Does the walker have wheels or posts? That makes a big difference on their ability to get to her. Those ones with wheels give them too much mobility in my mind.
