Carr needs to step up into the throw. Wand is suppose to guide his man around Carr if he cant beat him at the line, but Carr doesnt step up into the pocket (a very nicely formed pocket) and the ball is knocked out of his hand...

Agreed, if he has more than 1.2 seconds to do that, Wand was beat as soon as the ball was snapped. Carr didn't even have enough time to blink!
