Are you watching some other version of this than I am? We didn't get a downfield shot. The only time he was in the screen was when Carr broke the line of scrimage and was doing something he should have been doing...blocking.

By year 4, a QB should be making more positive strides in his decision making skills than what we have here. Sorry, but Carr is not the answer, it may take another 5 years to start over, but he will not lead us anywhere other than a possible .500 record in the future.
