I don't think the titans have even thrown it once this half lol. DL just getting blown off the ball... again. It's even worse than usual without Malik Collins.

Lol..the titans have thrown like 5 passes. its like…..if anyone is seriously watching this trash and are coming away with the conclusion that a qb is gonna fix all the issues of this team, i question your football knowledge. This team IS NOT just a qb away. ALOT of help is needed EVERYWHERE. These next few drafts they could literally take any player at any position outside of qb and improve dramatically.

There’s literally zero receiver separation for the Texans in this game. We’re supposed to have a couple of burners in Cooks and Dorsett….yet every pass coming their way has defenders all over them, even in single coverage.
Rub crossing routes by the receivers and TE’s might finally spring someone loose for a big gain after the catch.

The disappointing thing is I thought recently the Texans were perhaps a draft away from really competing. This team is not a draft away from competing. Minimum 2 because the whole team needs to be rolled over. Literally

says who? QB’s take a year or two to reach their full potential so why not get your guy, add a couple of legit weapons and let him grow…pending if you really like a guy. If you don’t, sign a bridge vet or hell give the ball to Kyle Allen. It’s not possible to be worse than Mills. I’d pull Mills now and give the ball to Allen.

The scheme is proven so its no question talent. I think the main thing thats killing them is lack of talent AND Lovie’s conservative ass offensive philosophy. Mills is likely not your guy, but trying to protect him aint the way to find out. Im sitting here watching him doing all this play action-passing…..bro, u can’t run the ball, no defense is biting on that ****!
Let him drop back, sink or swim and go down fighting! Stop trying to keep it close & steal it at the end with this conservative playcalling.

That’s predicated on the fact that you actually hit on the guy
…which we all know the draft is a crapshoot.
But again we’ve seen this play out on several teams….even our own & while having a qb has the potential to do that, its anything but guaranteed that he’ll be able to elevate a roster this bad. You’re actually more likeky to ruin the guy and/or make him want to leave than him being able to get to a point with this roster where he elevates it.
They need a talent infusion before even considering bringing in some young guy to potentially ruin.

After this game, I don't know if we should sell out on the DLine to stop the run, sell out on the interior OLine to protect the QB, or sell out on WR's to give the QB someone to throw to. I think the interior OLine and Dline are more important right now. It really doesn't matter if he has someone to throw to if your QB is getting hit before he can even set up to throw.
