Week 6 Gameday: Texans at Seahawks

I don't know how anyone can watch this and not hate the Texans just a little bit on the inside. I can't even really help it. I "hate" what they've built (or rather failed to build) here.

They disgust me. They're everything that I can't embrace about a football team. I can love a loser when the effort is there and the team plays hard. I can't love this. I can't even bear to look at it anymore.
 
Does anyone else out there think this could be Capers' swan song for the season? Man, we look terrible, like we've given up.

Why aren't we leaving Mathis in the game? At least maybe he'd force them to drop one guy off the line in respect for his speed. Our receivers can't beat 8 in the box?

This is just painful. Our team just look LOST. And I agree with other posts on here...the pictures of Capers with his jaw dropped to the turf epitomizes how we play. OUR LINE CAN'T BE MUCH WORSE THAN LAST YEAR! WHAT GIVES!? I SERIOUSLY thought we'd be a playoff contender this year. But we've regressed to the laughing stock of the NFL. And I could care or less what Defensive players we lost. Quite frankly, I love some of the guys that were lower on the depth chart (Orr, Evans, Anderson)...but come one...Our O-line is why Carr is not successful and now his "clock" is rattled. ANY QB would be rattled if you were sacked 27 times in 4 games. Geez! :brickwall
 
Just thinking... how would you like to be in Carr's shoes... just for the time when you call a time out, then as you walk to the sidelines - you see Capers standing there with his look and notepad.

Any ideas on what would probably be going through your head?
 
Sharper's not happy about what happened in Houston? There are many Houston fans that aren't happy w/ that decision and the repercussions of it now.

Awh damn, this guy again??!!!! That dummy couldn't even get me some help in the off season. Couldn't inspire a little league team. I hope they get a new HC in here next season. Otherwise I'll be lucky to even be able to play this game I love again.

That's what I'm thinking.

Yep. If he has a poor completion % it's because he's throwing the ball away, which is making our sack total go down too. Not bad at all.

I think I'd have the Blues Clues theme running through my head and imaging the coach in a green striped sweater... a little humor to offset my pain.
