If TCU WR, Quentin Johnston pops a 4.35 to 4.40 forty….he easily goes to the top of the 2023 WR class. I’d have no reservations trading out of 1 or 2 and making QJ the first pick of the Texans draft.

Picking QJ would make Cooks available to trade. It would also create a strong young WR group in QJ, Collins, and Metchie.
