Week 12: Jacksonville Jaguars vs Houston Texans. TIE FOR FIRST!!!!

Stingley INT! And announcers complaining about a no call… goes both ways!

But serious question:

Ball was tipped, does that effect whether defensive holding would be called like if a receiver runs out of bounds and the ball touches another player before he gets it when back in bounds?

If the ball is tipped contact can be made against the receiver with no penalty. A lot of times you see the receiver get crushed when the ball is tipped, it's like a free hit lol

No comment on the face mask, no replay on a PI call, no comment on Pitre being held BUT Jags miss a break and the gang is on it, GTFOH

I know we got lucky with the non holding call but those happen almost every play and we had two close calls go against us in the first half

I wish these announcers were so constant with mentioning other missed/bad calls as reasons for why things happen. Because they do matter. But I've never heard announcers be so steady and stubborn in mentioning them post-situation.

Nice to see that. It's getting to the point where I'm not used to being behind in a game. Amazing what a single offseason can do.

I'm convinced the officiating is truly rigged. When the NFL embraces gambling and partners with online gambling services, even moving a team to Las Vegas, it creates an incentive to influence games. This is a fact, and this fact ruined the sport of boxing.

And as long as this is a fact, we should always suspect egregiously bad officiating to not be an accident. This is an outcome the NFL chose.
