Week 10 Gameday: Texans at Colts

It's gonna get overturned.

The ball hit the Texans player first which means that the recieving team can try to pick up the ball and advance it without losing the ball on a fumble...

Ibar...you aren't watching the game....you seem to have no clue to what is going on. We weren't in a punt formation.

I was referring to the other gentleman's comments. I didn't say we weren't. I was commenting why you should at this juncture. After the McKinney blooper we had to kick and we got a break.

But the other team then touched it again, making it a fumble that we can recover.

Announcers seem to think it hit Mungro first...

No, the refs missed the call. It touched us so now the recieving team, the Colts, can now try to pick up the ball and advance it and they cannot turn it over on a fumble if they never have possesion....

We're down 21-0, we actually, luckily, get a break, and this ******* is challenging. Sorry, we suck, but he's an ***.

Go Texans!
Funny, I thought you played to win the game.

Why should Colts get so upset over this call? It isn't as if they can't come back and make another 21 points without expending any effort whatsoever.

I don't fault Dungy for the red flag. You never quit trying to beat down the other team until the clock strikes 0:00.

*cough*35-3!*cough*

Gimme a break dude. Yeah, they WILL kill us, but I just find something a little too 'put the knife in' about it. Yeah I know Dom would never be that cuthroat, but i dunno. Why challenge such a blatantly muffed fumble recovery? But thanks for correcting me.

Oot.

It's the principle of the thing...

Now lets think a head. We get the ball at the start of the 2nd half. What should we do here? Try to use all of our time outs and score. Hold the Colts and try to get another 7 at the start of the 2nd half and make it a 7 point game. At least that's what I would hope we would do............

Wells should have put his head down like a 250 pounder instead of going for the pylon. I think he stepped out

It's typical Manning and Colts thing. They are bad sports. Run up the score, throw a deep ball when you are up by 20. They are a real embarrasment to the game.

Wha...?

Run the score up in the NFL??

Dude, play to win until it's over. It's a killer instinct that championship caliber teams have and choke teams do not have.

Is it important to win by 30, or to get a W in the win column?

Scoreboard (wins/losses) is all that matters.

But when you've been a fan of a team that blew a 35-3 lead in the playoffs, maybe you'd understand that NO lead is safe until the clock strikes 0:00.

Balls out for another score. Remember, coaches we get the ball to start the 2nd half. We could make the game an even game if we play it right..........
