If McNair and the new coaching staff make all the right decisions I think it will take two or three seasons to fix.

Our defense needs a big, Strong, Fast, Angry LB who is also a vocal leader.
 
This is the worst team i've ever seen play and i've seen some bad ones,70-71 oilers was better then this team so was the 76 Tampa Bay team. :embarrass

How are we actually WORSE than our first season as an expansion team. Thats an amazing feat accomplished by our coaching staff and management.

They should recieve some kind of award for this. I didnt know it was possible.

You get this bad fast because we have traded all of our picks for people who aren't playing because they suck.
 
All I know is that if they keep showing Capers on the sideline with his mouth open I'm going to change the channel.
