I think they should continue to share carries but not at a 50/50 rate.

Split carries at first, and then whoever gets going gets more than the other. Thats how a tandem works and I look forward to them being a very good one.

I hate to bring up a Cowboys comparison cuz of the mixed emotions on this board but I would be absolutely pleased if we could turn this into a Jones/Barber combination.
