USF destroys UNC

five sacks and four interceptions. brutal day for UNC's freshman QB. and George Selvie, DE for USF, had 3 sacks himself, and leads the country in both sacks and TFL's. and...he's just a sophomore. scary thought.

Friday's West Virginia matchup is going to be...eh....a LITTLE important for the USF program. i'll be there. :whip:

They are on the fast track to becoming a power in the big east, they might be this years rutgers.

they LITERALLY won three games last year. LITERALLY.

also George Selvie received the Walter Camp National Defensive Player of the Week award. second Bull to get the award this year. that's two USF players in 4 weeks of football. WVU will have their hands full.

Hmmm...maybe I thinking of Duke? Or maybe I was just wrong altogether. I do remember them ending the season against NC State in a shoot-out though.
 
good lord, USF only needed a few teams in the top 10 to lose, but instead they got Oklahoma, Texas, and Rutgers. USF is going to be a top 10 team. good LROD
 
so, when Auburn lost to Mississippi State, everyone started to think USF's win over them wasn't a big deal. but hmm, now that Auburn has beat Florida, what in the world does that do for USF? best team in the state? crazy times.
 
USF looked pretty bad against FAU, but they won, which is more than you can say for a lot of top teams that played crappy against inferior competition.

There has been so many upsets that it doesn't matter how terrible you play, as long as you win.

GL looking forward to it. No one would of thought they'd have a shot at a BCS game. Lotta football left to play.
 
USF is obliterating UCF right now, 50-10. Grothe is so incredible running the ball, i've never seen a QB quite like him when he's running. he makes some amazing plays. he's not fast or very agile, he just makes ridiculous plays.

George Selvie has been a monster this game. 2 or 3 sacks, i forget which. still leading the country by a huge margin.

I think a good comparison is Stephen McGee from Texas A&M.

The only difference is that Grothe can throw the ball & McGee cant.
 
Currently I'm in my office. Every time I go in the living room to watch the game LSU starts to suck. Every time I leave to come in here, they do well.

So, I'm drinking a cold beer and looking at a bunch of stale posts trying to keep myself occupied and guarantee an LSU win.

For what its worth, Kast, Dorsey is a beast. Two weeks ago against Auburn I watched him throw a guard out of the way and stop the RB in the backfield for a loss. This week I watched him push his guard right smack into John Parker Wilson Bakersfield Thompson's face as if he wasn't there. If y'all draft him, I'm hoping we won't have to line up against y'all for a while.
