I think it says somthing about those 2 teams. Ohio state I knew was goinng to be terrible this year wells or not.

Anyone see the Pac 10 commercial stating that it was the best athletic confrence. pssssshhh shya right.....

I have no clue why Oregon St is trying to get cute on offense.

Every time Little Rodgers goes up the middle he gets at least four.

You mean that for the most part, Pac 10 teams have great athletes on offense & terrible defenses.

And for the most part, SEC teams have great athletes on defense & terrible offenses.
 
Rodgers is listed as 5-6, 180 & he is fearlessly running straight through the gut of the USC defense.

WOW what great footwork in the hole from Rogers all night. OL good to great in support so he was able to hit the cut-back lanes with USC aggressive style of defense. reminds me a little of Maruice Jones Drew. what makes it really cool for Houston is both brothers came from Lamar Consolidated home grown talent that escaped but seeing the two of them together beating the #1 team in College Football is a special moment in sports & why we keep coming back for more :chickendance:
 
College Football is an exhibition sport and will always stay that way due to free PR it gets for being amorphous. Give it form and the chatter stops.

Jacquizz was fun to watch and my wife is targeting him in the 2012 fantasy draft.
 
Trojans also lost this by all the personal foul penalties. You can come back from 21-0 and keep making dumb personal fouls like that.

Kudos to Oregon State for keeping USC to 21 points, and shutting them out in the first half.

What happens if OSU beats Penn State? (obviously nothing if Penn State beats OSU). But if OSU pulls it out, how do you diagram OSU, OSU, USC, and Penn State...? LOL I love it.

USC > Penn St. > Oregon St. > Ohio St.


Oregon State did beat USC, but I feel it is more a case of short week and that "any given Sunday" or "1 out of 10 times". However, their victory was impressive. USC is still a better team than the 3 other teams, and IMO, it's still not that close.

Until we see Penn St play a good team we don't really know how good they are.

They could be better than USC, or worse than Ohio St.
 
Wow Jacquizz looked really good. Like BL said he had fantastic footwork. He gets those things moving when he gets in the hole. Reminds me more of Barry Sanders' footwork. Not so much the big play ability of Sanders, but the footwork.

Awesome game for Oregon State.
 
That was a great game last night. USC being on the losing end makes it even better. Oregan State's offensive and defensive lines were dominating throughout most of the game.

IMO, unless one of the Big 12 teams win out the National Championship will be in the SEC.....again.
