Hi everyone! I'm a motivated seller of two club II PSL's. I'm in the hotel business and unfortunately need to let go of these seats quickly because we are highly impacted by coronavirus. This listing is for two seats (seats 11 and 12), one is a aisle seat; in the actual 2nd row (row H) of section 315 in the club level + green lot parking pass. They are very nice seats, see attached picture. I just signed a new club agreement last year and the terms are: 5 years (through and including the 2026 season), no more than 6% beginning in 2021. The price for everything is $600. My invoice for the 2020 season was $4,565 and I've paid the first installment of $1,141.25, so there's a total amount due of $3,423.75. I would like to handle the sale through Houston Texans PSL Marketplace and the transfer fee will be the buyer's responsibility. I'm expecting to be reimbursed for the first installment, so the breakdown of the sale would be:
PSL + Parking Pass: $600
Installment Reimbursement: $1,141.25
Transfer Fee: $250
Total: $1,991.25
In addition to the above, you will be responsible for paying the remaining invoice balance of $3,423.75 to the Texans for the 2020 season tickets. I'm looking to make a deal quickly so please get message me if interested, thanks!
