trade pick for Ferguson AND McNeill

i would like to see us trade our #1 pick (and whatever else we have to trade)to get D'Brickashaw Ferguson, Virginia, and Marcus McNeill, Auburn. With Ferguson at LT and McNeil at RT, we could protect carr and give him the time he needs to throw the ball down field. He has the arm to do it if given the time. Whatever your opinion of Carr, He has a strong arm.More protection(time, security) would solve most of his problems. Even a mediocre QB could do a fantastic job with enough time and talent surrounding him.
Marcus McNeill at RT would be an outstanding run blocker and give DD more running room and possibly more longevity. Also, with a solid, punishing line (and McNeil is a big punishing MEANie), even our #2 and #3 RB's would look like stars.
McNeil and D' brickshaw would be solid anchors to build our new line around and allow the talent on our team to shine and allow new talent to develope. We have other pcks ( including first two 3rd round picks ) to develope the rest of the line and DEFENSE.
Most of the rest of our picks should be used for defense.
Year in and year out, O-line and coaching. along with outstanding coaching make winners. They make ok players look great, and great players look phenominal. I am interested in ya'lls take on this.

I would Rather Winston over D'Brick and Mcneil is what he is. If he is around in the second why not take him. Personally Ferguson just does not get it done for me, I think he is a monster Pass blocking, but to many times in games this year and last have I seen him get bull rushed. The better DE and DTs that he has gone against have not tried to outquick the guy but just knock his slight frame over, unfortunately it works all to well.

Johnny U. Winston one in most scouts eyes is a question mark. Several that have been spoken with and I do mean current NFL scouts not web service punks, have said if he proves he is over the knee injury by showing consistent quickness and lateral movement he is the best OL in the draft. I feel the same way. What I believe is that he was better than Ferguson before the injury and now that he is almost back from it he will be better than him once again. I have seen draft boards that have him falling all the way to 18, but never seen him out of the top 20. As I have said I am going on NFL scouts and OL coaches not website geeks.

How about Jonathon Scott from Texas? Howmany times did Vince Young get sacked last night? that's right zip
