too bad

They had way too much footage of DC to choose from. It was quite depressing to see all of those sacks because I don't get to see but maybe 1 texans game on TV a year.

that sucks, but you could say the same about a Panthers fan in Houston...so move! lol or just get some sort of subscription
 
Vince is way overated,how his 2100 passing earned him a trip to the pro bowl is beyond me,heck David Carr had better stats his rookie season than Vince.

I agree Vince is over-hyped, and this is coming from a UT fan, but Vince's numbers are better than Carr's.

Vince had a total of 19 TDs to Carr's 12 TD.
Carr fumbled twice as much as Vince in 24 fewer attempts.
Carr's Comp. % is only a point better than Vince's.
Vince's passer rating was 66.7 to Carr's 62.8

For what it's worth Carr was the starter of an expansion team. Guy was sacked 3 times as much as Vince, setting the NFL record with 76.

Vince will be a better QB than Carr.

But his stats aren't much better than Carr's,at least not enough to justify all the hype he's getting,and certainly not enough to get him to Hawaii,all this talk about if we would have drafted him is beside the point.I'm happy with their decision to go with MW I think the media is just blowing this out of porportion because it makes good television(the texans passing on the hometown kid who had a phenomenol year for aguy who had an ok year) .
