She had a cut over right eye and got stitches at Baptist. Said he hit her with his closed fist. The hospital notified police, she didn't. In domestic violence matters, the police are obligated to pursue it whether the victim wants it or not. The victim is often afraid to pursue it on her own. NOT saying that's what happened here. Just noting why the police charged him even though she was not the one that called.
