Texans vs Browns not on air in San Antonio

Texans Rising
Well the week has arrived when the Texans game is not going to be on the air. Normally, we could watch the game at BWW and have a good time and good food. However, the Cowboy game is on at noon and the bars will have the cowboys games on all screens. Does anyone have suggestions of where to watch the game?

Well Texan fans in San Antonio it's a shame that broadcasting goes way to ratings and money. Yet we are two hours away from Houston and they should play the game through the whole state IMO. That's another issue that I'm sure we all have something to say. So that said I was now seriously thinking about BWW after dishing out $50 a shot for the past two games because it was not televised here. According to my schedule the rest of them were tobe on but because IMO the Texans record we are getting TV booted out again. When I heard again about this Sunday I really not ready for another $50 hit. So I checked out my Directv and now the Ticket offer is $189 for the rest of the season with free Superfan included. I'm still not sure what to do and next week it's on MNF so that we're sure of. Now with all that said maybe we can work something out to order and watch our game(s). Any ideas out there afterall I do have a 55" HD. I do understand that the Boys are on at the same time Sunday and that can be not good.

All i know is that I truly hate living in this city at this time of year. I wear my Texans gear proudly, everywhere I go if it isn't a weekday, and love the looks. Like ya'll, I'm tired of dropping cold hard cash on the direct tv games. THe last one, I selected the wrong channel and ended up getting the NON HD channel. (yeah good job their blondie). I'll have the next week off of work...guess it'll be an early trip to H-town just so I can see th go***med game on tv. Wonderful. My parents couldnt care less about the Texans, and they're 20 minutes down South Main from Reliant. Arg. Any viewing parties around the Southwest side? Sugar Land, Missouri City, Stafford, Bellaire, Pecan Grove, Richmond/Rosenberg?!???? If I gotta leave SA early, I need a reason. Don't see myself drivin all the way to Cleveland in my POS ragdtop!!!!!! :texflag:

Champps on I-10 and Huebner is pretty reliable. Usually can get a side room with a big screen.

I know the Fox and the Hound will have the game. The Brown Backers watch their game their everyweek, but they don't always let the other team fans watch the game in there.

we should do something like that...problem is if we did that the Texans would be good and on free tv every week and no one would come. thats why I havent bought Sunday ticket.
