I'm with you on that. So far I'm 4 for 4 picking against the Texans Meaning, when I pick the other guys the Texans win.
 
Don't forget your Thursday night pick! I just entered all my picks even though I only had to make the one but the others are subject to change. As it turned out I had all the favorites, not a good omen. :choke:

Last week I let the wife pick them all because she was hassling me about what we had. The result? A new weekly low of 41 points surpassing the previous low of 63. Next year I'll have mine and she'll have hers. :gun:
 
I took a huge beating this week, I wish I wouldn't have made any picks this week so I'd have an excuse

I have 4 right so far

I picked NE to beat Indy
and Balt should throttle Cleveland

but the way this week is going, I don't know

I took a beating too, got 7 right so far, forgot to pick on Thursday though, I got NE tonight and Baltimore tomorrow as well.
 
Ooh, ooh! I went up one whole spot this week. I'm on a crawl. Zooming up the leaderboard with glacier-like speed.

I missed the first two also. First time I've ever had a brain lapse and missed making picks since I started doing this a few years ago.

Also - uh, they have St. Louis in the "favorites" column. I'm pretty sure the Texans are favored by 13.5 points. Weird.
 
Now I know it looks like a brain fart, because I KNOW I should have picked SD over Tenn. but I was trying to bring Jeffy's kids some of my bad luck.
And it seems to have worked.
Some of the talking heads actually thought Tenn., behind the Healing Powers of VY, would beat SD.
Hah! Not with me putting 9 pick 'em pts on them. No way.

I finished 3rd overall but with the best record of 181-75, closest person is 6 games back, if I could just figure out those darn confidence points.

Congrats to DO for winning it all! Anywho know who that is?
 
In the end, I couldn't pick up enough ground on the leader. Ended up fifth after my championship last year. I happily pass the torch to DO. Congratulations!
 
This year was my wife and I. Not that I would have won without her because I wouldn't have, but next year she has hers and I have mine. :gun:

congrats to the winner. I dropped out due to a death in the family and was quite busy for a few weeks....never really had the urge to fight the uphill battle after that. Congrats to the guys who stuck with it too.
