I agree. While Weary didn't necessarily have a great rookie campaign, he wasnt' bad. And it is impressive that he has only given up 0.5 sacks in his last seven starts....it is ridiculous that he's only gotten seven starts in three seasons.
You have to wonder why he never saw the field...of course, I tend to think it is just one more example of our old coaching staff not putting the right players on the field.
something that i just thought of after looking at his stats...you wonder how this team would look like if after the 2002 season after we signed weigert if capers would have started mckinney at LG weary at C and weigert at RG how much different this team's stats might be...i think we all can agree that weary's potential is probably more at C than at G
