Forbes magazine released its annual list of the world's 50 most valuable sports teams. Real Madrid topped the list at $3.3 billion, followed by Manchester United ($3.165 billion), Barcelona ($2.6 billion), the New York Yankees ($2.3 billion), and the Dallas Cowboys ($2.1 billion).

The Texans came in at No. 13, valued at $1.305 billion. Forbes says the Texans high value is due to its luxury suites and its naming rights deal with Reliant Energy.

I also thought they were higher also a few years ago
 
I need to get a better understanding into the game of soccer. I have seen enough to be mildly interested, but drawing that kind of revenue, I feel my soccer intellect needs improvement.

The Texans organization is indeed a very profitable business.
