??? Really??? Not even on Ricky McNair?Hang in there
Hope you get well soon
You are one tough guy. I wouldn't wish what you are going through on my worst enemy.
With Dylan Cole likely to be out for a significant amount of time if not the rest of season I wonder who will take his spot...
Is Shakeel Rashad on a team? I remember he showed promise but Cole beat him out. Similar style player and has experience with the Texans. I expect he will be the one to get the call if he is not on an active roster.

No he is not on the team.
Most likely Cunningham will get more playing time. Peters may get a few.
Of course... but if he's done for year gotta replace the roster spot.

Good chance we will see both Lamarr Houston and Kendall Langford after the biweek
Lamarr made a couple of plays yesterday
Just heard them say that on In the Trenches a few minutes ago.. Good catch Thunder
Lamarr had a sack and caused a fumble yesterday
Was that late 4Q? I think I tuned out early to mid 4Q.
I thought Kj Dillon was supposed to be a less expensive version of Karl Joseph?
Who said that? I certainly liked Dillon as a raw prospect, but Joseph was damn near as can't miss as an all-scheme safety prospect gets.
What must Deshaun Watson do to play himself into the MVP race as a rookie?
What must Deshaun Watson do to play himself into the MVP race as a rookie? Somebody mentioned he needs to win 10 or 11 games. At least make the playoffs. At 3-3 we're in the playoff mix despite losing two of our best defensive players for the season.
15 TD passes in his first 6 games is a pretty good start. May have had one or two more if he had started Week 1. He didn't play the entire first half (Savage suck it up). Deshaun's first drive as a rookie was a Touchdown pass after he entered that game against a crazy good Jaguars defense. Our offensive line was horrid in that game (gave up 10 sacks) but with Deshaun they've been getting better every week.

Surpassing Tom Brady's seven Super Bowl appearances and five Super Bowl wins (5-2 record). He'll strive for a 6-0 or 7-0 Super Bowl record. There is always something to prove! As long as he’s throwing TDs and winning games the accolades will come. He’s not going home empty handed this offseason if he keeps doing what he’s doing...plus after 5 straight SB wins there’ll be nothing else to prove.
Brisset is playing himself into a starting opportunity next season....with another team, unless the Colts want to try and corner the 2018 ad 2019 NFL Draft's by making Luck available to the highest bidder.
Jacoby Brisset sure would look good as Watson’s backup.
Not sure if Brisset is the guy but I'd like to have a more mobile backup come in.
I'd like Kaepernick but know that's a pipe dream at this point.
Hop needs to do better than 4 catches if he's going to earn that big paycheck every week.
More Mobil???? He VERY MOBIL!Not sure if Brisset is the guy but I'd like to have a more mobile backup come in.

So why have returners taken the ball out of the end zone 160 times this season? Because returners still think they can take one to the house. But that’s exceedingly rare: On Sunday in Jacksonville, when Rams returner Pharoh Cooper fielded the opening kickoff three yards deep in the end zone and ran it 103 yards for a touchdown, that was the only time all season a kickoff into the end zone had been returned for a touchdown.

Cunningham is impressive, see Ricky really scored big in this years freshman crop of backers - hell Dylan Cole could end up being the undrafted defensive version of Arian Foster. I like all of Rickys picks, big, big year for him and the Texans in terms of quality additions to the roster from the just graduated college ranks.Dawkins did look good in his first start at RT.
But as you can see we actually needed a LB to replace Cushing.
The draft is hit or miss. And so far Cunningham has not been a disappointment.
The Texans have invested in the offensive line. I don't think you can argue against that.
Rick did NOT totally ignore the OL. Besides Derek Newton (not much we can do with him right now), the players need to simply step up and validate the price we paid for them.
- 1st round pick on Duane Brown
- 1st pick in the 2nd round on XSF
- Traded up in 2nd round for Nick Martin
- Paid significant money to sign Jeff Allen
- Paid significant money to retain Derek Newton
DB needs to show up.
Everyone had XSF as a low first, high second round player. He was graded by most as the best guard in the draft. The dude needs to play like as expected.
Jeff Allen was a good guard in KC and was one of the highest rated guards in FA. He needs to warrant his salary.
I would like to see Allen on the left side as he was in KC before I write him off. There just my be something to that left-right thing
I’m not sure being on the right or left side matters much when the guy is getting bulldozed back into the QB frequently. He’s just not strong enough. CND has gone on about why this is multiple times.
Have you ever played on the line? Have you ever wrestled? I'm just posing these questions because there is ALWAYS a side one tends to favor and it's usually the strong or dominant side. IE, A blocker on the left side pushes out and to the left, with the right side of his body. If you are right dominant trying to block mostly using the left side of your body on the right side of the line, there may be strength/coordination issues there.
You're right. But I've also said that he should have been allowed to play in his familiar LG position ( basically his position with the Chiefs throughout his career) from the beginning. It seems though that the Texans are Hell bent to prove that Su'a Filo belongs there, despite his pretty poor showings for a long time.I’m not sure being on the right or left side matters much when the guy is getting bulldozed back into the QB frequently.
