Texans off season needs.

I didn’t realize Lockett is 32. I thought more like 30. I think he is better than Metchie who has proven nothing. If it’s a 1 year deal on the cheap,I’m ok with that. But he’s probably 4th in the pecking order and essentially replaces Woods. I’d love Godwin here, but that’s a long shot.

Godwin fits what we want to do perfectly. Great slot receiver and is a physical run blocker.

I prefer Godwin who is criminally under-rated but I like Kirk as well. Godwin would be my first choice of any FA in any position on the field.

Seahawks want a first and a third rounder for DK. DK is 6'4 210. 27 y/o. I would prefer a next year draft pick if we were to give anything. Make it happen?

Just depth. Depth depth depth. Every position. Bolster the **** out of the roster. We cannot have what happened in 2023 and 2024 happen to this team again.

A leader at the center position with 8 pro bowl seasons under his belt. That type of leadership and experience is needed and welcomed. You don’t think so??
After finally getting rid of Kenyon Green , I shudder at any offensive lineman with recent shoulder injuries. I'd rather draft Seth Mclaughlin late day 3. 4 seasons at Alabama calling the line. Graduated after 2 1/2 years with degree in finance as Suma cum laude before finishing at Ohio State.

Long snapper is officially a need
I think this guy that has bounced around 5 teams in 3 seasons has the job.

His replacement is even better.

Still need a RB (draft), DT, OL, CB (slot/nickle-dime) WR 2

I still have a feeling that our 2nd or 3rd round pick is a WR even after signing a few. I just think that at 25 we trade down or go with a position that we don't expect. True, if one of the top 3 WRs is there...how can you pass? I love Dell, but he might not ever be the same after he gets back. That was a huge injury. Plus, if all goes well his earliest return is December

What that got to do with 300 lb dudes?

I'm hoping Loveland falls to 1-25 and Caserio picks him. If not I hope he trades down , picks up a 3rd or early 4rh and uses one of the picks on Mason Taylor, then trades back into the top of the 3rd and picks the best wr he can draft .

2. Mason Taylor TE
2. Wyatt Milum OG
3. Jalen Royals WR
3. Jacob Parrish CB
3. Jack Nelson OR/OG Wisconsin

Are you thinking Taylor can have a Bowers/LaPorta impact? If not, why base your draft on him?

He's more LaPorta IMHO

Because I'm looking for long time starters and Taylor is a 10 yr starter. He would be the best TE in Texans history minus OD and I believe Taylor can be better than OD. Well worth a top 45-50 pick. Great bloodlines and his play matches his bloodlines.

I see Milum as a long term starter and Royals as the perfect guy to match with Kirk and Collins. 2 big fast contested catch guys with Kirk in the slot and Taylor at TE? Yeah that'll work.

Parrish is going to be a very productive nickle back and can play outside too. This guy would be a great pick in the 3rd. Unfortunately I'm thinking he goes late 2nd/early 3rd. Depending on the cost I would trade up for him.

Nelson I've always had a soft spot for, 3 yr starter, 3 time all Big 10 Academic All American. Dad played for the Cards. I'll take my chances with this guy. Wisconsin OL, you cant go wrong.
