Do the Texans play in the Hall of Fame Game next year? Has the team with the worst record been the home team in the HOF game the last few years? This would give the Texans an extra preseason game. This might be helpful to a new coach installing new systems.

No I think we will be in the Hall of Fame game every 16 years.

Well, the team with the worst record last year was the Niners, but the HOF game was the Bears vs. Dolphins, so I don't see the connection.
