I think Cleveland looks very fundamentally weak. Doesn't make me want Crennel for a DC, to be honest. These guys look like they just don't give a damn.
 
So far the Texans are executing better than Cleveland. With the Texans however, no lead is safe. It would sure be nice to get a much needed road win today.
 
Thoughts on the first half:

We are moving the ball better than Cleveland, but penalties are killing us.

We should be up by at least 14. We had the ball for more than 2/3 of the half.

Agreed just the final execution needs sorting out. But considering we have held them to 2 field goals i am confident
 
I don't think our D has stopped them. I think their drop passes and poor execution has.

I say that with the exception of their first FG. We brought a blitz and forced Quinn to throw before he was ready.
 
Kubiak: Big penalties killing offense, playing good D. Concerned with CLE making plays in 2nd half.

I understand and agree we havent stopped them per say, but hopefully our confidence on d has grown from the first half and come out and maybe force the issue?

We didn't just "hold them to two field goals"........it's the same thing it was against the Colts.....they're shooting themselves in the foot.

Dropping passes in the redzone that would extend drives and coughing up a fumble when they were on the fringe of field goal range.

But we have also left atleast 10 points off the board through stupid penalties.

They should just keep running the ball. I think their shortest run was 3 yards.

Without the bomb to Edwards they have nothing on offense though.

They got pass happy cuz we held the ball for so long. I bet they come out running in the second half.
 
I don't know about you folks but I could go for a Mario sack or two. Feels like it's been awhile.

Oh on a positive note - Great job on forcing that J.Lewis fumble. That was D.
