I thought about going with Denver with Trent Green being out. But I figured it'd be best to get my medicore teams (Arizona, Baltimore) out of the way first so I can save my votes for the elite teams later. Just hope that strategy doesn't bite me in the butt...like it did last year.

Thats what I was doing last week. With Rivers at QB San Diego is hardly ever going to be a lock to win. But I knew the Raiders are a top 5 draft pick team. A lot of people thought because of one deep pass to Moss in the preseason suddenly they were going to be great. I don't think so I know a turd when I see it.

Their Defense showed signs of being good, but no QB on that team is worth anything. They need to trade one of those high priced players to ATL for their #2 QB.

Baltimore wins this one easy

Edit: I feel bad for anyone who tries to pick a winner in the New Orleans v. Green Bay game.

Hmmm...one of the top-ranked defenses over the last few years in Chicago against a consistently horrible offense in Detroit. I say the Bears win...

Man a lot of you are going to be out this week if the Raiders turn it on in Baltimore. I'm not saying its going to happen because thats a very safe pick, but the Raiders do have some defense. Its not out of the realm of possibility.


At least not many people have picked the Colts. Just tacky if your a Texans fan doing that.
