Yep, it sucks to be in Austin. Glad school is over so I'm back at home in Sugar Land gearing up for the Texans game! *On second thought, maybe I shouldn't give my whereabouts away in case the Texans DO loose!*

There are a gazillion great seats available at Reliant Stadium. There are several hundred for sale by current PSL holders that can be found online at houstontexans.com, and those don't even include the "official" seats available by the team.

I just don't get the whole "As soon as people dump their seats I'm going to swoop in and buy them up" thing. There are a TON of seats available. We are not the Green Bay Packers where it takes 30 years to get seats. If you want to buy them or upgrade, go for it already.

If you recall, the Lions game turned into a nail-biter. They came within 7 points, if I'm not mistaken, and had some serious momentum going.
 
The person I feel the most pity for today is Silver Oak who claims he will be soaking his balls in ice water for some reason. It's looking more and more like he's going to have to get that bowl of ice ready.

The Texans just disgust me on days like this. I can't watch these kinds of games and understand why anyone would want this to go on another year. That "two minute drill" was pitiful. The Texans sleepwalk through it and every time they need to get down the field quickly I swear I hear an announcer say something along the lines of "You gotta go quicker than this". Losing to the Rams will add another page of infamy to the legend we're building here in Houston.
 
I will go for a run. Probably accompanied by some other exercises, push-ups, etc. I don't get upset about losses like this anymore. Just too numb.

That was one of the things that got to me the most today. I was thinking WTF? Constantly throwing to the middle of the field, with no sense of urgency.

Kubiak's clock management skills are just mind boggling sometimes....hell, 99% of the time.

After watching this game, I don't know if I wouldn't have been in less pain and my eyeballs wouldn't have been better off on the table.:mcnugget:
