SF Hires John Lynch to be GM

With all the hirings this year I am suprised Chris Olsen hasn't been approached.

I think Lynch will be a great GM. Of all the analysts and commentators, Lynch and Spielman have impressed me the most. If Lynch works out for the 49ers maybe the Browns will give Spielman a chance.

Lynch is gonna tackle this head on (terrible pun fully intended) and my guess is that he's actually capable, but damn if it isn't an awful job.

Lynch/Stanford guy will do a great job if the team president (Cant remember his name) will get out of the football side of things.

Lynch/Lil Shanny = great things in 4-5 yrs.

I have a feeling Lynch won't be making very many decisions. He has zero experience in both FO and personnel. He seems more like a PR figurehead while Shanahan gets all the control behind the scenes.
