Didn't you reply to a direct question to you that the Texans had no prior knowledge of Watson's actions and the trade to the Browns was not endangered? What's confusing to me is how you came up with that

I believe you have me confused with someone else about that duel response.Didn't you reply to a direct question to you that the Texans had no prior knowledge of Watson's actions and the trade to the Browns was not endangered?
I don’t know why an investigative journalist from the times can’t put that together.
“With each additional lawsuit, this litigation continues to reach Defcon 1,” Wice said. “Deshaun Watson is caught in a West Texas hailstorm. He can’t run. He can’t hide and he can’t make it stop.”Heading to 26 now
You’re going to end up having a grin like the joker. The worse it gets for Watson the bigger the grin I have.![]()
26, only 40 more to go.
One lawsuit was already filed by an Atlanta women................so that means that Watson was making the rounds in Atlanta..............
Probably faster to calculate the combined total of teeth of all the masseuses in Ohio than the number of masseuses.Does anyone know how many masseuse are in Ohio?
Amy Dash has changed her tune last week she said he shouldn't be suspended until he is found guilty.
I am amazed he hasn't been put on exempt list at least in 18 months this stuff has been out there.

Besides, he clearly is all about importimg.
NFL has painted themselves into a corner there, they have always used the excuse "CEL is for criminal charges" as to why they haven't put other players with civil lawsuits on the list. Problem is none of those other cases got this big so now the question is do they stick to their guns and keep saying criminal charges only or do they put him on the list and risk other players and the union throwing a fit. It was fine when Watson was a Texan because they had no championship hopes and no intention of playing Watson so NFL could kick the can down the road as long as Watson didn't play, now though the Browns believe that he is the missing piece and they have made no secret that they no only intend to play him but to protect him from punishment best they can. That road the NFL has been kicking the can down dead ends and turns into a brick wall come September so they will be forced to make a choice.
Should be fun to watch.
Conversation about Watson being placed on the Commissioner's Exempt List continues to be pushed by Florio and many others. From everything that I have been able to discern, in order to prevent Goodell from making an arbitrary decision to place a player on the list, the NFLPA negotiated added language to the policy that requires the player be charged with a criminal act. It is likely that that same language was placed in the Browns/Watson contract language (because Hardin undoubtedly assured them that even if any additional accusers were to appear after the contract was signed, like all the previous others, he would see that they would never get further than a civil lawsuit) leading to the Browns sidestepping any discussion of the call for potentially voiding the contract...........because at this time, it would not be a viable option.
Idiot!!!!!!! Buzbee will probably memorialize Watson's quotes today for generations from now..........a legal lesson on what every defense attorney must prep his client NEVER to say. Then again that takes for granted that a client is not so arrogant to get off of the script given him. Probably Hardin didn't properly prep him for all the questions that should have easily been anticipated, and Watson wasn't smart enough to give an answer to those questions that would not did a hole deeper. Hardin and Watson are reminding me more and more of Abbott and Costello.............
There are some people that just cannot shut up. Have to say something even if it is stupid. We have seen that on a national level for years. Reminds me of a woman I was representing in a Social Security disability hearing. The judge finally looked at me and said you need to shut her up before I change my mind.He now leaves out "no one has seen me nude." He is so believable. Just about now Hardin is probably feeling like this
"I do understand that I do have regrets as far as the impact that [it's had] on the community and people outside of just myself," Watson said. "And that includes my family. That includes this organization. That includes my teammates in this locker room that have to answer to these questions. That includes the fan base of the Cleveland Browns. That includes males, females, everyone across the, the world. That's one thing I do regret is the impact that it's triggered on so many people. It's tough to have to deal with."
Of course he regrets this, as it all comes back to kick him in the rear 10-fold.
Do you really believe that Buzbee and his clients would want to settle now?Too little too late.
If he had regrets he would settle the civil suits.
That wouldn’t say he was guilty, just that he would want to move past this.
Do you really believe that Buzbee and his clients would want to settle now?
NFW, now that the Texans and the NFL have been involved in the lawsuit. I can see Goodell telling Daniel Calhoun he needs to make this go away for the NFL and the Texans even if it cost him $25 million, and Goodell will handle Watson with an offer he can't refuse. Get rid of these of all of these cases regardless of the cost and you only sit for a year. Don't and your suspension will be indefinite and you can only apply for reinstatement when they all have been settled to the satisfaction of the NFL.Do you really believe that Buzbee and his clients would want to settle now?
