Salary cap Increase for next Year

Yes it would have us well below the cap will be around 78M. It will make for an interesting offseason. Even though there are many teams over the limit.

I hope they sign a new CBA and get that fixed, otherwise the NFL is seriously screwed. I think I remember hearing that it would also seriously mess up the draft and basically everything else with rosters in the league if they don't sign the new CBA before then.

They (NFL & players union) would be stupid not to sign a new CBA and keep the good times rolling. It's good business sense, and everyone involved is reaping the rewards.

Obviously the NFL as we know it would cease to exist if a new CBA is not reached and I am sure they will reach one, but at the moment there are some disagreements between the two sides and neither seems to want to budge enough to get it signed, but they have time to work it out and I'm sure they'll come through like the NBA did this past year.

I hope they put a cap on rookie signings. I am tired of guys who have never played a down in the NFL getting more money than proven players. The fact that the hype of a some so-called risk experts can get someone millions is simply assinine.
