The NFL Network's Senior Bowl analysts are calling him the most impressive player/lineman so far. Great technique, should land in a zone-blocking scheme, and reminds them of Nalen from the Broncos.

I've been wanting us to draft him in the 3rd for the longest time...but looks like he will be gone by then. I think he could be a great pick for us in the 2nd. hopefully he won't go before that. If he's as good as they are saying why not? We definitly need oline help and C is a huge need/priority.

If it were to happen, it would be wonderful for the line. It's the kind of move the Texans have needed to make for a long time. But unless there is a trade, it'll never happen. He'll never drop to #39, and I don't see the Texans taking a center at 8. I think the Texans have a better chance with the OSU center.

Ryan Kalil is the best option at his position and he brings great deal of leadership on the line play. I am not impressed with Doug Datish play, he gets abused allot. other options could also be Satele, Mozes, and Sendlien.

Kyle Young is also very good OC but he didn't play up to his potential this year. I don't think he will fit with ZBS, he is big, strong and mauler type of OC.

That's the thing the majority of people never look at. they hear some oline is good and don't understand why we would take someone else over him.

They see player X rated higher than player Y. But a lot of times player X would suck here and player Y would flourish.....mainly RB and OL.

Neither does Manny Ramerez but you can bet someone is going to pull that beast off the board pretty early. He mauled some guys this week in one on one. Nasty, nasty Gaurd.

If Kalil is as good as advertised, then let's trade our #8 pick to either Greenbay for their 1st and 2nd so they can get "All Day" or New England for their 2 1st rounders so they can get that big play wide receiver - Jarrett - that they need desperately. This would leave us in position to pick up Kalil with one of our first 3 picks. We would also have a shot at a top ball hawker and lynch.
