QBs - Texans Draft Value

I'm interested in seeing where other Texans fans value players at each position. This time QB. Please rank them numerically according to value to the Texans and also list the level of the highest draft position you think the Texans should use on the player. (high-1st, mid-1st, late-1st, high-2nd, ……...) Mid and late levels of a round would be by trade since we are relatively high in each round as it stands now. I would also like to see comments below each player as to why or why not they would fit the Texans. Try to stay unbiased with the Carr/Plummer/?? rumors , I'm more interested in the value of each player to the Texans during the draft and how they fit the system.
