I agree on the BS factor of that last call. They got it wrong, given his last-second shift.

Er, now, as for the other 5000 penalties.....ack.
 
Stanly's shank put the defense in a bad spot and they still nearly pulled it off. Playing well on defense. Be nice if they offense would come out and play.

Denver's got the best LBs in the business. Don't expect the running game to win this one - at least not as long as their starters are in.
 
the upside of all these penalties is kubiak will focus on them in practice, so perhaps the season will open with cleaner play, yeah?

Penalties have hurt us in this game. Carr completes a 12 yard pass to the 26 only to have a holding call. That was a big penalty and lead to this score. The penalty of defensive delay on the field goal lead to the touchdown.
 
Bench him...Carr is terrible...Thank god we got a good backup...His role needs to be changed....Sage for STARTER!
 
I cant believe Carr is this shaky. This game reminds me alot of last year's debacle against the Cowboys.

I really hope its not things to come.

I can't wait!! This game here is going to be a HUGE measure as to where we are at as a team. I hate to look too much into pre season... but its well known the Broncos take this 3rd pre season game on like its the opener. We are doing the same and the starters will play up to 3 quarters.

There is a ton of optimism going around these days. Lets hope Carr gets protection and gets off to a good consistent start tonight.

I have not really considered it until tonight, but I say put Sage in to see what he can do. Carr is just screwing up now. I guess we could stick with him to see if he can work through it. But sometimes that hurts a QBs confidence more then benching them would.
 
Dont worry guys its the system its not Carr it cant be. whos the best available coach so he can implement a new system that can bring out carr's attributes:stirpot:
