Predictions for the Draft

I always like reading people’s bold predictions, so I thought I’d come up with 5 of my own for the draft.

1. Four Trades in the Top 10 picks
2. Five QBs go in the 1st round
3. Texans make at least 2 trades in the draft.
4. Five OTs go in the 1st round
5. Chase Young slides to the #3 pick.

1. No RBs in the 1st Round (only twice in history of NFL draft)
2. SEC sets record for most 1st round picks with 14
3. Only 8 QBs drafted (2nd fewest since merger)
4. Record 40 WRs taken in draft
5. More Safties taken in 1st round (4) than Cornerbacks (3)

I’m curious. Which safeties/CBs do you see going in the 1st round?

I think you could be right regarding the WR record. This class is DEEP!

1. agreed
2. Over, smart $$$$ is on the under though.
3. Over
4. Under, Although this is the best WR class since the Jerry Rice class.
5. CB's than S. There may only be 3 safeties taken in the first 2 rds.

Gladney/Fulton and maybe Terrell are also CB's that will have a chance to go in rd 1 after the combine.

I've heard that Arnette may fall to the end of rd. 2. If that happens I hope he or Noah I is the Texans pick.

I actually think that Delpit might fall. I thought I read somewhere that his effort is hit or miss, but I can’t remember where I read it.

I think after the combine Dugger definitely goes into 1st round conversation.
