The Texans will have the first overall pick, Adrian Peterson will be available, everyone will say he is too good to pass up and that it is certain that they will draft him, and then 1 day before the draft they will agree to a deal with Gaines Adams.

Impressive! The picture looks unreal.... we could really use a guy that can seemingly jump over other players, hehe.

Haha the texans wont have the number 1 pick because of all the players we added on the team. Well i havent done my season predictions yet but right now i would think that the bills, jets and maybe the raiders are the favorites for the number 1 pick.

Actually those are probably my top 3 favs to get the 1st pick as well, except i might throw Detroit in the mix also.

And i forgot to add Houston as well, silly me.

Detroit has a new coaching staff and history shows it can be tough for a rookie HC. They also have a bad situation at QB

That's an understatement, my friend. Kitna and McCown... hehehe.

They also have Matt Millen to deal with. That guy's such a moron! I guess the owner is too for keeping him around.

I actually have changed my mind. I think that we will go DB (hopefully LaRon Landry) in the 1st and then RB in the 2nd.

Part of me WANTS a runningback, just from a point of view that this franchise has never had a TRUE franchise calibre back. Though with Kubiak's system, using the pick on a RB wouldnt be smart.

I chose DB. Hopefully either Landry or Mayweather.

For right now until proven otherwise, I will have to say a legit OT. There are 2legit OT's that are franchise material in Joe Thomas (Sr.), Wisconsin and Levi Brown (Sr.), Penn St. But there are 2 more who are underclassmen, Sam Baker (Jr.), USC and this kid Jared Gaither (So.), Maryland and he is a beast. If all works out I believe we should go for a franchise RB only if we can get A. Peterson, because to me M. Bush is overated and I wouldn't want to waist a pick on him unless it's towards the end of the 1st round. We definately need a CB, but this year's class is full of athletic, tall, and speedy CB's that we be able to reach in the later rounds. I would love for the Texans to have a winning record this year but realistically I believe that our record won't be that much better as last year's because of our schedule and our running game. And if it's not then we might have trade down for the coouple of key pieces I believe we are still lacking. I hope that this isn't the case and we kick some *** this year and take everyone by surprise.

Considering how bad I wanted a corner in the draft and the fact that our secondary is in serious question, at least depth-wise, right now, I gotta go with DB.

Im watching the FSU-Miami game right now and Brandon Meriweather is looking really really good. Hes a hard hitter and has 2 picks already. He looks to have the speed to play corner also.

Do not draft Safety this year. Kenny Phillips of Miami will declare in 2008 and he is the best safety out of College Since Sean Taylor.

6'2 204, has the frame to play at 210 in the NFL. runs a 4.4, moves like a cb, great ball skills, student of the game, good hitter.

Right now. K. PHillips = Brandon Merriweather, and Phillips is 3 years younger. He is a very interesting safety prospect and he didn't disappoint tonight. No balls was thrown towards his way. Even though Merriweather got an 2 INT, he was thrown on several times. I didn't see one ball headed to Kenny's direction.

If we are in position to draft Calvin Johnson, I don't see how we can pass him up...

If the Notre Dame guy is there, I would proably pick him this year.
