Seeing that I am bored, I decided to make a plan for this offseason. A lot of this is just assumption, but Id figure I would share my thoughts for discussion. Opinions will change. Part of “my plan” is firing Rick Smith, Godsey, and RAC has retired. Replacements? Eliot Wolf is now GM, Ken Whisenhunt is OC, and Jim Schwartz is DC, switching to a 4-3 base defense. Now upon reading my FA list iI am not saying sign everyone at that position, but those are the players I see who could be upgrades.
