Do we really need to waste our money with a trial?

Knock knock

Who's there

Aaron

Aaron who?

Aaron't you the idiot nfl TE that just became a father, signed a $40 mm contract and threw it all away because you capped a dude that was talking to some other dudes you had a beef with and really likes blue cotton candy bubblelucious bubble gum?

the joke sounds funnier in Spanish.

Hernandez thought he was living a movie in real life. In the words of jay z "this ain't a movie dog!"

It's abundantly clear that Hernandez doesn't give a flying truck. If he indeed did kill that man, I hope he gets the harshest penalty possible. It's all going to sink in real fast for him. I bet it's sinking in right now as he lay in jail tonight and realizes there's no way out any time soon. That nice house, nice cars...none of that means a thing at this point...

You just got charged with murder dumb ass. I hope this is a lesson to all these young athletes trying to live that life. Stop chasing those lights at night. You don't have to be squeaky clean, but you have to know where to draw the line. Apparently Hernandez was too damn stupid to figure that out.

I believe in the state of Mass the max penalty is life in prison...

this A-hole needs to be put 6 feet under, not using up the state of Massachusetts tax dollars...

Something bothers me about the way he carries himself in handcuffs. That smug look on his face, kinda looking down over his nose at everyone and thing. Like he doesn't understand what is about to happen to him, or he truly thinks he is going to get out of a jail sentence.

Hermandez is a dumb ass piece of $hit that will be fried by the courts. Good riddance as far as I'm concerned.

BREAKING NEWS: Hernandez is also being looked into as a supspect in a double murder in downtown Boston last year

-- FOX 25 has learned exclusively that investigators are looking into Aaron Hernandez as a possible suspect in a double murder that happened on July 16, 2012 in downtown Boston.

According to the Boston Police blog from that date, officers responded to the intersection of Shawmut Avenue and Herald Street just after 2 a.m. When they arrived, they found three people had been shot, two fatally, as they sat in a car at a traffic light.

The men were identified as Safiro Furtado and Daniel Abreu. The FOX 25 source said the men, who worked at a cleaning company in Dorchester, had just left a bar in the area.

Furtado and Abreu were sitting in the front seat of the vehicle when witnesses said the occupants of a gray or silver SUV with Rhode Island plates opened fire on it. The surviving victim was in the back seat. Investigators believed two others in the car fled the scene.

Current and former Patriots have stayed quiet about the Aaron Hernandez situation, but one ex-teammate finally spoke up this week.

Former Patriots offensive lineman Matt Light, in an interview with the Dayton (Ohio) Daily News, made a brief comment on Tuesday, one day before Hernandez was arrested and charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd.

“I never talk about other guys, but I will say I have never embraced - never believed in - anything Aaron Hernandez stood for,” Light said after a long pause when asked about his former teammate of two seasons.

According to the story, Light insinuated that Hernandez always had his own agenda - and it wasn’t a good one.

I would like to see some of those tats he has up close so I can see what they are....From what little I've seen some of them look gang related...

This guy must think he's Wyatt Earp...

The source said that investigators were looking into Aaron Hernandez's connection to the killing.

On Wednesday, Hernandez was charged with murder in the death of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd, of Dorchester.

An investigation is ongoing.

AARON HERNANDEZ: Police search Bristol home owned by suspect's uncle

WFSB-TV reports police from Massachusetts and Connecticut went through the home on Lake Avenue and its garage on Wednesday night.

The station reports the home is owned by Hernandez's uncle.

Police could be seen taking photos of a black folder that was removed from small, single-family house.

Conn. man's arrest linked to Hernandez

New Britain State's Attorney Brian Preleski says 27-year-old Carlos Ortiz was charged as a fugitive from justice and has waived extradition to Massachusetts. Prison records show Ortiz is being held on $1.5 million bail at a Hartford jail.

Ortiz was arrested Wednesday in Hernandez's hometown of Bristol, Conn. Preleski says the arrest came as prosecutors and Bristol police were helping Massachusetts authorities in the investigation of the shooting death of Odin Lloyd.

Former Patriots player Aaron Hernandez seeking bail hearing after spending night in jail on murder charge

Attorneys for former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez are expected back in court today[2:00PM EST], seeking to gain his freedom while he fights charges that he orchestrated the murder of Odin L. Lloyd, the 27-year-old Boston man whose body was found in a North Attleborough industrial park June 17.

As part of the security screening, authorities will determine whether he has any gang affiliations.

"He had tattoos that our gang unit would be looking at ... to see if he's involved in any kind of gang," Hodgson said. "Doesn't mean he is."

The tattoos raise suspicion, the sheriff said, and investigators will follow up with interviews to further determine the significance of what they saw.

"He'll be treated no better and no worse than any other inmate," the sheriff said.

Good grief dude. This guy is a total gang banger unlike any we have probably ever seen in professional sports. Most of the guys at least have their buddies do the dirty work, but Hernandez seems to relish it. The guy thinks he is invincible and hopefully is about to find out that even pro athletes are not above the law. Wow...

Aaron Hernandez
The Signs of a Gang Member

TMZ has obtained a photo of Aaron Hernandez throwing up gang signs often associated with the Bristol Bloods street gang in Connecticut ... while dressed head-to-toe in red clothing.

The photo was taken approximately 6 years ago, when Aaron was 17-years-old ... and a senior at Bristol Central High.

Aaron was long-rumored to be a member of the gang ... and now, with this photo -- combined with the "blood" tattoo spotted on his hand during his arraignment -- the doubt has seemingly been erased.

23-year-old Hernandez has been charged with the murder of 27-year-old Odin Lloyd. He's due back in court later today.

Connecticut authorities arrested another man in connection to the investigation that led to a former NFL player Aaron Hernandez being charged with murder.

The arrest comes about 24 hours after Hernandez was led out of his North Attleboro, Mass., home in handcuffs.

Carlos Ortiz, 27, was charged as a fugitive from justice and has waived extradition to Massachusetts, authorities say. Prison records show Ortiz is being held on $1.5 million bail at a Hartford jail.

Officials declined to release the allegations against Ortiz, who is scheduled to return to court on July 23.

Ortiz was arrested Wednesday in Hernandez's hometown of Bristol, Conn. Preleski says the arrest came as prosecutors and Bristol police were helping Massachusetts authorities in the investigation of the shooting death of Odin Lloyd.

Wyatt Earp was the Law.

I interpreted that to mean that AHern looked at himself as a kind of gang-banger enforcer.

Or.

He's just saying AHern is a cowboy that's not afraid to pull the trigger.
Exactly. I'd say Hernandez is much more in the Jessie James category.

Bubblicious pops up as possible key evidence in Aaron Hernandez case

By John Breech | CBSSports.com

June 27, 2013 11:43 am ET

During Aaron Hernandez's arraignment Wednesday, the prosecution revealed what seemed to be a lot of circumstantial evidence that allegedly links Hernandez to the slaying of Odin Lloyd. That circumstantial evidence included one possible key piece of evidence: Bubblicious bubble gum.

Blue cotton candy Bubblicious bubble gum to be exact.

The prosecution mentioned Bubblicious twice by name on Wednesday and there's a reason.

On the night of Lloyd's death, the prosecution alleges Hernandez stopped at a gas station driving a rented silver Nissan Altima to buy gas, "blue cotton candy Bubblicious gum" and some Black and Mild cigars.

According to the prosecution, Hernandez and others with him eventually traded in the rented Altima for another rented car. After the Altima was returned, an attendant at the rental car station did a routine cleanup of the car and found two interesting items under the driver's seat: a .45-caliber shell casing and a piece of chewed bubble gum.

The shell casing was same caliber used to kill Lloyd and the gum appeared to be the same flavor of Bubblicious gum Hernandez had purchased earlier in the evening.

The prosecution does not yet have the weapon that killed Lloyd, which means a piece of Bubblicious bubble gum could become one of the most important pieces of evidence in the case.

Bail denied!!

Judge in the Hernandez bail hearing calls the State's case "a very, very strong circumstantial case," and she denies appeal for bail.

I keep trying to think of ways that Hernandez can get out of this.

Unless his attorney's have some unheard evidence pointing the finger at someone else, I don't see it...

Either way, he was definitely involved in the murder in some way....He's going to jail for some years at least I think..

Dude is a psychopath. He's got millions in the bank and had a career ahead of him that could potentially bring many more millions.

He could have had one of his 'blood brothers' do his dirty work, keeping the law at arms length and avoiding the spotlight.

But being the psychopath, he wanted to kill the dude himself, see the guy plead for his life, and have the power over another person to take their life without remorse.

And now it comes out that he might have been involved in more cold-blooded murders just confirms my hunch that he's a psychopath. Let him rot in jail.

Remember back to the OJ trial. Who the heck knows what will happen.

If the gum doesn't fit, you must acquit. :mcnugget:
